added proxied command

Will this not just force proxy all the time? Not really necessary for everyone in my opinion, and for people who prefer manual control (on or off whenever) it seems like a downgrade. EDIT: OK, this was certainly not the case. I should have made some check first. By default cloudflare unticks proxy if you are using it and updating without specifying that you want to proxy. |

Maybe a config option should be included to whether or not you want proxied? |
