Added multiple fixes discussed in #1410
The commit reference in developer-build release is now correct.
The changelog is now correct.
The files are now renamed to .zip
If it is in master branch in actions ui the workflow can be started from hand to bump the version to a real release version witch gets created with placeholder in the notes. (It only works on the ExperimentalTabMode branch)
Abort workflow if there is an error without creating new release.
