This PR creates a new feature to make it easy to give feedback to package authors.
Now when you create a patch for a package whose source is hosted on GitHub, you'll see something like this:
If you choose to specify the
--create-issueflag patch-package will open a browser tab with a pre-filled issue body like so.This was inspired by #294
