Description

This pull request includes updates to the client and seed-client image tags and a submodule update.

Updates to image tags:

• .github/workflows/compatibility-e2e-v2.yml: Updated image-tag for client and seed-client from v0.2.8 to v0.2.11.

Submodule update:

• client-rs: Updated submodule commit from 4407ecd2fdd236c451c175df245e06b4b6eab137 to 3339d5ca2feac41a63f0472811cb38205e5fbaf2.
