The dot.net redirector is currently having issues, we should be using the script directly from the CDN anyway.

I don't think we need to backport this, dot.net works again now so this is more of an optimization.

Is something wrong with the Apple - Simulator Commands test? It is failing on my PR as well (#1383), but the main is green...

looks like our old friend :) I think Build Analysis also linked it correctly

Might go away when we switch to the new queues

/ba-g failure is a known issue
