This looks like it has the same failures as #55765 that dotnet/roslyn#85040 is supposed to fix.

However, in this PR there are additionally some failures related to MetadataKind.AssetPath and language version 15 baseline mismatches.

Stil waiting for dotnet/roslyn#85040 to flow here. Looks like the VMR PRs are blocked by another issue, so that should sort itself out in time. I'll push up a commit to fix the asset path issue just for good measure, so it'll at least be easy to cherry-pick if this PR ends up getting closed.

language version 15 baseline mismatches.

I think that's expected; we switched the default langversion in roslyn, so now the csharp compiler command baseline here needs to be updated. I will push a commit for that.

I guess that PR didn't flow here due to the conflict reported by the bot. So perhaps we should close this PR and let it reopen?
