Add a EventPipe test for a native AOT library

The runtime PR, #90934 will error out if EventPipe is enabled in a native AOT project. Ensure that this scenario is tested when the change is pushed to the SDK

The error was downgraded to a warning (see #35048 (comment)). Need to update the test when the runtime changes get updated in SDK. Currently, the test scenario doesn't check for the warning msg since the runtime changes are not yet in (see #35048)
