Tagging subscribers to this area: @dotnet/area-meta Issue DetailsBuilds on top of #84654 and only updates the area pod for @eiriktsarpalis, @krwq, @layomia, @tarekgh to capture this change in behavior. We'll test it with that pod before rolling out to others. This modifies the logic for when a PR gets excluded by an arch- or os- label, and it also adds logic for when a PR is moved to a different area. In both cases, the PR gets removed from the project board. This matches the behavior of the Issue Triage project board. Generated via dotnet/fabricbot-config#73.
