Customer Impact
Edge cases of constellations of multiple collectible AssemblyLoadContext and unloading those can lead to runtime crash. See issue #116953.
Regression
Testing
A newly added regression test based on a testing code provided by the customer that hit the issue and CI tests.
Risk
Low, the fix is targeting only the case that would otherwise lead to crash.
