Customer Impact
The issue affects customers that have unconditioned
RunAOTCompilation=trueproperty set. In that case, even when we don't run AOT compilation during build, pdbs are not correctly recognized and users can't debug the application in the browser.Regression
Testing
Since the issue manifests only when the debugger is attached, the fix was verified manually.
Risk
Low. The scope of the change is very small.
