Started with removing the
isNGENparameter (always returned false) fromGetMetaDataFileInfoFromPEFileand found more things to delete from there.cc @lambdageek @max-charlamb - I found this while looking at
IXCLRDataModule::GetFileName(usage ofGetModuleFileNameHint) for cDAC.
