I'm able to get a consistent repro using the work item's runtime build, and by running the Loader\binding\assemblies\generics\arilistienum\methods\exceptions\exceptions.cmd test directly with DOTNET_TC_OnStackReplacement_InitialCounter=1 and DOTNET_OSR_HitLimit=1 set. If I set DOTNET_JitObjectStackAllocationArray=0 as well, the failure goes away. This is on win-x64.
