Test hole for TrackerObjectManager #110684
Description
TrackerObjectManager is not covered with any tests on native AOT. One test in the interop tree that looks it might exercise it (Interop\COM\ComWrappers\GlobalInstance) is disabled on native AOT because it seems to require built-in COM to operate.
Looks like we added this without tests in #90283
