Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers moved into the dotnet/sdk repository. This repository's main branch is archived. Please see README.md for more details. The migrated component can be found here. Feel free to re-submit this PR in dotnet/sdk and sorry for the inconvenience!
