Blazor refactoring/quick action (introduce local) does not work in .razor file @code block, but fine in .cs codebehind

When writing C# code in a @code block in the razor page, the Quick Actions does not work correctly.
However, when writing the exact same code in .cs in the code behind, it works perfectly.

From looking through the data, it seems like the "Introduce Local" code action was in the request.

It's not working, maybe recently not sure what happens, is there an option/steps to make sure I didn't screw up any settings for this?

It would be useful to have the possibility to perform Quick Actions And Refactorings... in the razor code, too. For example, if I have the following code
<button @onclick="DoSomething">Click me</button>
and the DoSomething method does not exist, I'd expect the editor to let me to do Quick Action And Refactorings... > Generate DoSomething method
Maybe you could add a (per-file?) configuration option specifying whether code generated for this component should be put in the .razor code section or in the .razor.cs file.
