[iOS] Add interpreter measurements for dotnet/runtime HelloWorld app

Add the following configurations to our set of dotnet/runtime HelloWorld iOS app measurements:

• Mono Interpreter Only (No AOT)
• Mono FullAOT-interp (FullAOT with interpreter fallback)
• CoreCLR Interpreter Only (No R2R)

After we remove the CoreCLR specific test path from the dotnet/runtime iOS sample https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/9d4c65ddddb340cdb1479cafc6e320d1918c82eb/src/mono/sample/iOS/Program.cs#L40-L47, we could add these measurements to the current set.

However, not sure if it's worth adding these to the dotnet/runtime iOS sample and we could instead add these configurations to the SDK measurements when available.
