Flows cancellation through persistent stream adapter and checkpointer creation, queue reads, delivery notifications, and checkpoint operations.

Cancellation-aware default interface overloads preserve compatibility by calling legacy provider implementations, while providers can opt in to cancellation by overriding them. Legacy non-cancellable APIs are marked obsolete. The runtime, grain checkpointer, and Event Hubs integration adopt the new overloads with focused coverage.
