PR #10335 condensed the activation-delay guidance and unintentionally stated that every negative duration cancels a delay, even though Timeout.InfiniteTimeSpan requests an indefinite delay. Restore the useful timing examples with Orleans 10 semantics, explain how the delay composes with collection age and scan latency, and document cancellation, indefinite delay, and DeactivateOnIdle precedence.
