Pull Request Overview
Retire the vs17.13 branch from the git-merge-flow configuration and update the merge target for vs17.12.
- Update the comment for the vs17.12 entry to reference vs17.14 (SDK 9.0.3xx) instead of vs17.13.
- Remove the now-obsolete vs17.13 entry.
- Adjust vs17.12’s
MergeToBranchto point directly to vs17.14.
