CI update after investigating the dependency-flow regressions:

Fixes applied

dotnet/android

• Updated the NativeAOT warning baseline in 61dc9c83d4: the new Android build no longer emits the obsolete IL3050 warnings, while the expected XA1040 warning remains.
• Fixed the Android NativeAOT nested-class ProGuard issue upstream in dotnet/android#12187. The trimmable ACW map had converted the JNI nested-class $ separator to ., producing invalid R8 keep rules. The fix preserves Java binary names and has flowed into this PR.
• Android NativeAOT and RunOnAndroid now pass, including the scenario that previously crashed because R8 removed ActivityResultContracts$TakePicture.

dotnet/macios

• The new macios validation correctly reports that UseInterpreter has no effect with CoreCLR. MAUI was unconditionally defaulting UseInterpreter=True for Debug projects, including CoreCLR template builds.
• Fixed the MAUI default in 5503863de0 so it is set only when UseMonoRuntime == true.
• The latest maui-pr run #1521640 passed completely, including the macOS and template legs that previously failed.

Failures remaining

The remaining failures are outside the two resolved dependency regressions:

• maui-pr-devicetests #1521639
  • iOS CoreCLR: WebViewShouldLoadEncodedUrl timed out.
  • MacCatalyst CoreCLR: CarouselViewDoesNotLeakWithDefaultItemsLayout reported that the CarouselView was not garbage collected.
• maui-pr-uitests #1521638 is still finishing, with these failures so far:
  • Android API 30 CollectionView header tests timed out waiting for elements.
  • iOS CollectionView: BottomSheetDetentHeightIsCorrectWhenCollectionViewIsMeasuredBeforeMount timed out across CollectionView variants.
  • iOS SafeArea: VerifyInitialStateParentTopChildBottom failed its bottom-inset assertion.
  • Windows CollectionView: two visual comparisons differed by 0.52% and 0.53%.
  • Windows Layout: screen-resolution setup failed before the tests ran.

The MacCatalyst CollectionView UI leg is still running.
