[.NET 11] App.DragCoordinates not properly working on the MapFeatureMatrix in Mac Platform

Description

The following tests in the Map Feature Matrix failed because App.DragCoordinates is not working properly in .NET 11 (MapFeatureTests).

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy the HostApp from https://github.com/dotnet/maui/tree/net11.0
Deploy the MapFeatureTests
Then run the tests , you can observe that dragcoordinates points (method) not works
