Items' shapes are sometimes rendered incorrectly using CollectionView2Handler

Description

CollectionView items are regularly rendered incorrectly when using the CollectionViewHandler2 on iOS/Mac.

In the following images, all items should be of identical shape.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone https://github.com/rabuckley/CollectionBorderRender.
2. Build and run on iOS/Mac device/simulator.
3. Scroll CollectionView until one of the items shown is incorrectly rendered.

AFAIK, yes. The issue does not occur in my sample repro unless using CollectionViewHandler2.

Cannot reproduce the the deformation in the shape seen in the screenshot attached in the issue:

Sorry, I didn't make it clear enough that the issue isn't deterministic. Different items will render wrong on different runs (not always item 3) but I've never had a run where not one of the items has not rendered incorrectly in the repro.
