[MacCatalyst] Add app icons for mac. #82

Yes, it's being fixed: xamarin/xamarin-macios#10815

It makes more sense to prompt for the debugger last. That way the order
of the prompts are similar.

It seems we can just use no background color, and I get the system default background color.
