AppleSdkSettings was marked [Obsolete] in macios-devtools PR #140 (XcodeLocator). Existing usages in Sdks.cs, CompileAppManifest.cs, and DetectSdkLocation.cs are intentional pending full migration. TreatWarningsAsErrors=true promotes the warning to an error. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
