Add execution tests to the MCP server template #6563
Description
Currently the dotnet/extensions repo used .NET 9 SDK for integration tests.
When the repo moves to .NET 10 SDK (GA), we should add execution tests for the McpServer template. They would be much like the AI Chat template.
