Describe the bug
There are a bunch of issues around filtering resources on the resources page.
Example:
Unchecking PostgresDatabaseResource also unchecks Containers
Another example:
Filtering out a resource, and then having resources state update (you can trigger by starting/stopping a resource with commands) causes values to disappear.
Similar issues show up when filtering by state and health status.
Expected Behavior
Only expected resources are filtered out.
