Ubuntu 14.04 has been EOL'd for a while.
It was removed from prereqs repo in dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker@5455fd5.
The only script that is used in
DotNetDebToolin installer repo ispackage_tool.sh, therefore, I have also deletedsrc/Microsoft.DotNet.Build.Tasks.Installers/build/deb-package-tool/setup/that has old scripts using trusty.
