Its a part of https://github.com/dotnet/core-eng/issues/8790, which is the epic that needs to be prioritized. |

LOL I'm sorry that I keep bumping the binlog format version :) Hopefully the format will stabilize after version 14 for a longer time. We had a burst of updates in the past 6 months and hopefully either done or almost done. |

There was another binlog format update. This contains the new package to process them.
