Summary
This is a backport of the same change to main to replace
Build.SourcesDirectorywithSystem.DefaultWorkingDirectory, and add therepositoryAliasfor publishing assets. For more details, see the original PR.This branch has more changes than the original because the files between unofficial and official are duplicated in this branch (which was done as a quick fix at the time).
