This notably drops support for
win-x86and fornetstandard2.0. Both of these targets were under 500 installs and had been diminishing rapidly over the past several releases.Removing them allows code to be simplified, runtime marshalling to be disabled, and other modernization that is exclusive to modern .NET to be utilized.
