Pending to migrate to .csproj, VS 2017 with Docker, .NET 1.1 and EF 1.1

This migration is planned to be done in January and early February 2017 time frame, in this order:

• Migrate to .csproj and VS 2017 (with docker-compose.yml requirements from VS 2017)
• Migrate to .NET 1.1 and EF 1.1 including refactoring with new features in EF 1.1

Just to mention that the microservice projects are migrated to .NET 1.1, but the Web MVC and SPA projects are still based on the .NET 1.0.1 images.

Closing it as we migrated to VS 2017 at branch vs2017: https://github.com/dotnet/eShopOnContainers/tree/vs2017
We're just missing some issues in the SPA app, but almost done!
