This PR adds tests for
REVOKE [IF EXISTS] ALL [PRIVILEGES], GRANT OPTION ...and implements theIGNORE UNKNOWN USERoption.There are changes to
REVOKE PROXY, but it seems like that is unsupported so there are no tests.Companion pr: dolthub/vitess#415
