tsxfunction namespace and avoid clashes on the global namespace, this enables using Dojo with TSX with other frameworks that supportTSX. Technically this is not a breaking change as thetsxfunction always needs to be imported asimport { tsx } from '@dojo/framework/core/vdom';Resolves #46
