I've updated this to now also apply Imagick/imagick@5ae2ecf (see discussion in Imagick/imagick#641), which should hopefully help with how unreliable our builds here have been.

CI passed on the first try, 100%! That's a good sign (and something WordPress hasn't had for a while now 😂)
