Bumping Drupal 7 tags to default to
php8.1should be safe enough: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3224299 as it is supported in Drupal core. It might even be worth moving tophp8.2in a later PR: https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/system-requirements/php-requirements-for-drupal-7#php_required
