Since it's autogenerated, I'd vote we just not worry about it for these files, and only worry about it for the files we actually touch/edit (with the exception of links where necessary to make sure they render correctly, since the final rendering is really what's most important at the end of the day, as I discussed with @fredlf earlier today). |

Not sure on postgres, it has a mailing list and so flows differently. We may have to adjust the script later.
