Updated Import Statements

I have updated the import statements in the code to use ES6 import syntax, replacing the previous CommonJS require statements. Specifically, I changed the following lines:

Replaced const assert = require('assert') with import assert from 'assert'; (CommonJS to ES6 import).
Replaced import remark from 'remark'; with import { default as remark } from 'remark'; (CommonJS to ES6 import).

These changes were made to ensure consistency with ES6 module syntax and maintain code quality.
