chore(deps-dev): bump undici to 8.12.3 - #10155

jsdom 30 requests undici ^8.10.2, which was locked to 8.12.2. 8.12.3 replaces an HTTP/2 connection that stops responding after a stream timeout (nodejs/undici#6052) and keeps the caller's async context for queued pool requests (nodejs/undici#5982). It has no security fixes; every undici advisory is already fixed in 8.12.2.

jsdom30.1.1 requestsundici^8.10.2, which was locked to 8.12.2. This moves that one lockfile entry to 8.12.3. No other package changes.8.12.3 has two runtime fixes:
The rest of the release is CI, docs and types. It has no security fixes: every advisory in undici's own repository is already fixed in 8.12.2.
undici8 is only used byjsdom(our test environment), so nothing that we ship changes.Verified locally
@dnb/eufemiatests in the jsdom environment pass on bothmainand this branch. They coverbutton,input,dropdown,autocomplete,date-picker,table,dialog,upload,sharedand the FormsHandler. The portal tests pass too: 880 of 880 on this branch. Onmain, 879 of 880 passed, and the one failure was the knowninject-scope5 s timeout.pool-base.json purpose, and the check then failed with that error. So the check goes through undici's request pool, which is one of the two changed files.>=22.19.0), and the repo uses Node 24.20.yarn install --immutable,yarn dedupe --check,lint:resolutionsand the threeaudit:ciworkspaces pass.
