version 0.1.0.20240417; basic tunnel

• remove most of dependencies from original repo
• copy phuture code from author's repo instead of a standalone dependency from npm
• replace websocket to use ws instead
• disable http tunnel and proxy function
• add webpack to bundle everything in one file
