Press win+shift button. Then release win button. Then release shift button. But win button show as pressed, still.

Thank you! I just pushed some fixes for this to development and will be in the new release shortly. There's some wonkiness with the cmd key in Mac OS X and the workarounds for it were interfering with Windows.
