JSON API 1.1: Profle media type and query parameter

As of #547

Allow profile media parameter and additional profile query parameter considering error codes when DJA doesn't support given profile.

This seems to be kind of similar to what we are discussing in #535 which is also a query parameter and media type.

As I understand error codes remain the same as profile and media type is not supported. Hence most likely this issue is only relevant once we implement an additional profile like #548

Once JSON API spec is moving forward we need to double check which issue need to be reopened.
