One star tech loot spawners spawn one random onestar stock part, tool or toolmod.
This loot pool isn't final. Probably.
Why It's Good For The Game
bugfix. these spawners are used by onestar forgotten closets and are placed inside some ruins and so it's a good thing if they actually work.
