- Added comments to test basic test program - Created a cript to generate documentation based on comments + test_files folder structure - A bit of cleanup in test data generation scripts + support for arguments This resolves issue dipdup-io#32

While I was doing this I realised that input arguments for programs are not in
jsonformat. But it was too late.I had to regenerate execution artifacts for all programs as part of testing (for hashing it was not necessary). Pardon me for that.
