This patch adds capability to partially close market order by overloading close() and closeCurrent() in OrderManager class.

This patch adds capability to partially close market order by overloading
close() and closeCurrent() in OrderManager class.
One small caveat: the developer must be aware that partial close applies to market orders only, so do overloaded methods. This may be a little bit confusing.
