The rebuild row of the widget dev sessions API said "Builds the folder now". Since digitopvn/clarkcant#644 (issue digitopvn/clarkcant#638), a rebuild waits for any build that is already running. While the folder is being made again, it also waits for the folder to come back. This updates the row in English and Vietnamese.
