New Functions:
ListAlerts - This is a way to list the alerts associated to an app and its components.
UpdateAlertDestinations - This is a way to update the emails and slack web hooks that receive messages when alerts get triggered.
This includes an updated apps.gen.go file to be able to support new App Platform features.
