Summary

Translate the CHANGELOG (v3.8.0–v3.8.43) and supporting docs into Chinese (Simplified).

Changes

  • CHANGELOG.md — translate feature entries, bug fix entries, section headings (Features → 新功能, Fixes → 问题修复, etc.), and maintenance notes across releases v3.8.0 through v3.8.43
  • llm.txt — sync zh-CN mirror body to match root content (required by docs-sync check)
  • check-docs-sync.mjs — switch CHANGELOG i18n validation from byte-size comparison to line-count comparison (CJK translations naturally compress 30–50% in byte size while preserving structure)

Verification

  • npm run check:docs-sync passes
  • All existing pre-commit/pre-push hooks green

Chinese active-voice sentences preferred over passive constructions.

i18n(zh-CN): mirror the [3.8.44] CHANGELOG section for docs-sync

The release added the [3.8.44] section to the root CHANGELOG after this PR was
opened; mirror it into the zh-CN CHANGELOG (English for now — the current/TBD
section is translated at release time) so check-docs-sync passes (42 locales).

Merged — thank you, @studyzy (DevinZeng)! 🙏 This adopts zh-CN as a genuinely translated locale (not just an English mirror): the CHANGELOG history (v3.8.0–v3.8.43) plus the section headings (Features → 新功能, Fixes → 问题修复) and 25 supporting docs (README, ARCHITECTURE, API_REFERENCE, USER_GUIDE, …) are now in Simplified Chinese. Your check-docs-sync.mjs change (byte-size → line-count tolerance) is the right call — it validates translation structure instead of byte length, and it benefits every locale, not just zh-CN.

Two adjustments I made before merging:

  • Synced the branch onto the current release tip and mirrored the new [3.8.44] CHANGELOG section into zh-CN (in English for now — the current/TBD section is filled at release time) so docs-sync-strict passes (42 locales ✅).
  • Kept the fix scoped: I did not re-sync the other 41 locales' [3.8.44] (that's the release captain's job at /generate-release).

Heads-up on the maintenance model: scripts/release/sync-changelog-i18n.mjs overwrites only the current version's section in every mirror at release time, so your translated v3.8.0–v3.8.43 history is preserved, but each new release adds its section in English until translated. Ships in the next release.
