Summary
This PR has two parts:
check-translation-driftreported them as up to date.The drift check only compares hashes. A mirror whose recorded hash matched, but whose content came from an older source or had lost sections, stayed green. Two audits over all 10032 mirrors found them:
codespans are kept verbatim by translation, so a mirror missing many of its source's spans is stale or truncated.Examples:
FLY_IO_DEPLOYMENT_GUIDEmirrors were missing 2 sections and 6 fences.FREE_PROXIES_APImirrors were stale.42 docs were force-re-translated.

check-translation-drift: PASS (0 stale).i18n:check-keys,i18n:check-ratio,check:docs-sync: pass.CLAUDE.md/GEMINI.mdmirrors fixed in docs: correct the db module count to 137 and re-translate stale CLAUDE.md/GEMINI.md mirrors #15329. The span audit leaves 15 known false positives in docs with few spans, where prose inside backticks is translated on purpose (e.g.Total: N→Gesamt: N).
