…purify 3.4.16 and patched npm-bundled copies in the image - next/eslint-config-next 16.3.5 -> 16.3.6 (critical RCE in next/og ImageResponse). - override axios ^1.20.0 so ibm-cloud-sdk-core's exact 1.18.0 pin cannot keep the vulnerable copy. - @grpc/grpc-js 1.14.5, dompurify 3.4.16 via lockfile. - Dockerfile npm-internals overlay: undici 6.29.0, brace-expansion 5.0.12, ip-address 10.7.3. node-forge has no patched release yet (dev-only, via promptfoo -> jks-js).

Closes the open Dependabot alerts that have a patched release: next (critical, RCE in next/og), axios (9, via an override because ibm-cloud-sdk-core pins 1.18.0 exactly), @grpc/grpc-js, dompurify. The Dockerfile npm-internals overlay is moved to undici 6.29.0, brace-expansion 5.0.12 and ip-address 10.7.3 so the container scan stops reporting npm's bundled copies.
node-forge (<= 1.4.0, high) has no patched release; it is a dev-only transitive of promptfoo -> jks-js and is left for a dismissal with justification.
No source change. Not built or run locally; CI covers build and the lockfile check.
