Closes #13735

Summary

Adds a 'Common Provider Combinations & Routing Patterns' section to docs/guides/USER_GUIDE.md detailing 3 real-world tested configuration patterns:

  1. Coding Agent Combo: High-End Reasoning with Cost/Speed Fallback (Claude + GPT-4o + DeepSeek) via Priority strategy.
  2. Free-Tier Auto Failover Combo: Multi-provider failover across free/keyless models (Groq + Gemini Flash + Cerebras) via Round Robin/Least Used.
  3. Multimodal / Vision and Text Pipeline: Specialized image understanding routed with text fallback.

Validation

  • npm run check:docs-sync passed
  • npm run check:doc-links passed
  • Pre-commit hooks passed cleanly

Replace model IDs absent from the provider registry, drop the unsourced
"tested, real-world" claim, use the real `omniroute combo create` command
and describe the vision pattern without an unverifiable routing claim.
